Electric pallet trucks run short cycles all day long, with many stops between two pallets. It is precisely these micro-stops that EV-WAVE inductive charging exploits: the pallet truck tops up its energy as soon as it parks near the station, with no extra step for the operator.
Misalignment tolerance removes the constraint of millimeter-precise positioning, often hard to achieve with a pallet truck maneuvered quickly in a narrow aisle.
